James (Jim) Worthington
Founding Chairman, James Worthington, lost his own battle with brain cancer on 25 November 2017, aged 56. James founded the White Matter Brain Cancer Trust in 2016 and was an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon before retiring in 2014. Several members of his and his wife’s family were afflicted with Brain Cancer.
James was passionate about creating the White Matter Brain Cancer Trust and the trust will continue his legacy to provide comfort in a variety of ways for those suffering from primary brain cancer.
